Hi love,
I’ve been trying to do better about keeping a few simple, healthy snacks on hand that make our days run a little smoother—those ideal snacks to grab in-between mealtimes when everyone’s looking for something filling right now.
These peanut butter protein balls have become one of those little staples in our home. They’re quick to make, easy to grab, and just feel like a small act of care I can offer my family (and honestly… myself too).
I usually make a batch at the beginning of the week and keep them in the fridge for whenever we need something quick. Plus you can feel better about eliminating the extra junk ingredients- and it’s honestly way more affordable in the long run than the expensive grocery store brands!!

Peanut Butter Protein Balls
Ingredients:
- 1 cup organic peanut butter (runny works best)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder of your choice
- 1–2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1- 2 tablespoons of mini chocolate chips optional
…I also add about a teaspoon of flaky sea salt and 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes
(These recipes typically use just a handful of pantry staples and don’t require a food processor, which is part of why I love them so much.)
Instructions:
- Add everything to a mixing bowl
- Stir until fully combined
- Roll into small balls (about 1–2 tablespoons each)
- Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes to set
That’s it! I love recipes like this—the kind that don’t require much thought, but quietly make your days a little easier. Sometimes it’s the smallest things that end up serving your home the most.
I’m so glad you’re here and until the next letter, xx
